The Refund & Cancellation policy outlines the terms under which the reservations may be modified or cancelled, along with different refund related conditions:
1. General Cancellation Policy
1.1. Standard Reservations:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.
1.2. Non-Refundable Reservations:
The reservations that are made under the special non-refundable rates, will not get the refund on cancellation.
2. Modification of Reservations
Guests can modify their reservations, including date or room type changes, without any fees up to 7 days before the check-in date. Changes made within 3 days of check-in may incur additional charges or may not be possible, depending on availability.
3. No-Show Policy
If the check in is not done by the guest on the scheduled arrival date and does not inform the hotel, a "no-show" will be considered for the reservation. In such a case, the total reservation amount will be charged, and the room can be available for resale again.
4. Refund Process
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used. The bank or credit card provider may need some additional time to complete the transaction of refund, so you need to wait for a while to get the proper refund.
5. Special Circumstances
Force Majeure
In the event of any unforeseen situations, which can be natural and beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we may adapt our cancellation policy as suitable in the circumstance. Guests will be informed accordingly of any adjustments made for the cancellation.
