Foods and beverages from the outside are not allowed.

Management is not responsible for the parking outside resort, it is totally at the owner’s risk.

Entering the pool is totally at your own risk. You take full responsibility of the child coming with you while entering the pool.

When a Credit card or a Debit card is used for the payments, then a transaction charge of 2% will be applicable.

007 Universe has the right to charge a cancellation fee per night. Any night can be cancelled from the originality of the intended length of stay.

The visitors can be entertained in the restaurant only, they cannot be entered in the guest room.

If the charges are not paid completely while doing checkout, then the information of the credit card and the registration card acknowledgement will be taken as the authorization for the uncharged settled amount.

The checkout time extension is subjected to the extra charges and the availability.

If there is any misplacement of the room key, then charges of INR 500/- will be applicable.

It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that the doors of the hotel rooms are secured properly. 007 Universe is not responsible for the loss of any valuables or personal items in the guest room.

If there is damage or missing of any items in the room, then registered guests will be held responsible. Both visitors and registered guests will be held liable for the payments.

By signing here, I hereby agree with all the above-mentioned terms and conditions. And authorize the resort to charge the outstanding amount on my account. I consent to this charge being made without final invoice signing.

In case of any power failure or any technical problem from MSEB [power supplier], Then hotel doesn’t have responsibility or any liability to give a refund, complete charges of the full room tariff is applicable.

If there is any kind of electricity problem due to a technical issue or power failure, the 007 Universe will not have any liability or responsibility for giving refunds, and complete charges will be applicable.
